We loved the immaculately clean rooms and the friendly, great staff. The location was very central, very close to Plaza de Santo Domingo.

The hotel was located really close to shopping mall, the zocalo, the mall and the metro, and the airport. Excellent location close to the colonial historical Centre of Mexico, and the rooms were adequate and warm. The breakfast was good and offered plenty of items.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the historic center of this city. We were just a stone's throw away from the colonial historical center and it was very easy to access the hotel from the airport using the Metrobus. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The price is also perfect, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff and service are top-notch. They are friendly, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Thirdly, the basic amenities are well taken care of. Despite the rooms having noisy fans, they are clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying, giving a great start to the day.

Great location near the cathedral and Templo Mayor. Small room but enough space for suitcases and a desk. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff and good housekeeping. Nearby metro and buses, easy check-in, and beautiful roof terrace with a sitting area.

The hotel provided a superb base for exploring the area, with its central location near the zocalo, mall, and metro. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service.

For the price we paid, Hotel Azores was a decent budget hotel with a great location. The restaurant exceeded our expectations and the room had a nice fan. The staff were friendly, chatty, and made us feel welcome. The proximity to the Zocalo and the Metro was superb, making it convenient for exploring the city. we felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

As for breakfast selection, it could have been better.

The hotel offered two great complementary facts during my Christmas stay. The location was key, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to walk everywhere without worrying about transportation. Another advantage was the beautiful roof terrace that provided a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city.

There was also no heating in the room, which made it a little chilly at night. Additionally, one member of staff was rude and not helpful.

It was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring. Not to mention, there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, making it convenient for meals and shopping.
